CBD oil works wonders for anxiety. I love it! I always wanted to try some kind of medication for my anxiety but I was afraid of the side effects and withdrawal/etc of things like benzodiazepines. CBD works great (for me at least) and has none of those terrible side effects to worry about 🙂
